Star Wars Shattered Empire is a mod based around the 30 year gap between Return of the Jedi and The Force Awakens,Bringing you the New Republic,Imperial Remnant,Restored Empire and First Order.
So as you know the Restored Empire uses a lot of Clone Wars tech one of their bases was setup on a Empire storehouse for all of the former Republic tech even the clone armor.
When they formed the first things the 2 leaders wanted to do was apply their crest to all the stormtrooper armor and even tattoo it on the soldiers wrist so that the Imperial Remnant and New Republic knew who they were fighting and to detect infiltrators,the second thing they did was allow the troopers to be more diverse in their armor allowing them to paint,customize and alter it anyway they seen fit, most choose to wear the snowtrooper backpack as it had many advantages if they needed to be on a planet in combat for many rotations, some choose to wear full clone armor and others choose to mix and match clone and stormtrooper armor together.
This is just a concept of what they could look like ingame but this is a start.
Normal Stormtroopers will be buildable for the Restored Empire with the Crest on the armor so don't worry if you don't like these designs you can always build them.

Amazing combination of clone and stormtrooper armors! And will this unit have some more signs for customatization(oh god my english) to distinguish soldiers of this squad?(im realy sorry for my english)

Well to be fair, it's not really said as much as implied. "...some choose to wear full Clone Armor, and others choose to mix and match Clone and stormtrooper armor together."
To me that implies more customizations for the troops.
Yes there will be tons of customized soldiers for the Restored Empire, none of the troopers will be called clonetroopers as they aren't clones just i will come up with some other names for the other infantry in the game.
Basic stormtroopers for this faction will have different color patterns on their armor but they will all be wearing normal stormtrooper armor with the crest on the armor.
I have a lot of plans for this faction since i'm basically taking what little we know about them and throwing it out the window other then the fact they used clone wars tech and redoing it.

Sooo what's the back story of this unit? Just a retired clone brought back into service? I mean this looks really cool, but it looks (to me) that all this is is a Storm Trooper with a Clone helmet. (Do not get me wrong this is really cool and I may not be seeing this correctly).
I know it maybe late reply but the story behind this is the Admiral tasked with protecting the Empire's storehouses along with the deconstruction of all Republic tech after the rise of the empire choose not do to this and started moving ships,fighters,tanks,weapons and armor to a unknown location from the empire so it wouldn't be destroyed and he could later use it,
The Admiral that died at the battle of endor was the leader of the Restored Empire movement (at the time their cell wasn't called this) and he entrusted his captain and ground commander which were brothers and fellow members of his movement,once the second death star was destroyed they ordered ships loyal to them retreat and head to their rally point and one of their own storehouses.
Once they were able to setup everything one of their first acts was to allow their stormtroopers to make themselves individuals and have their own markings as well as allowing them to customize their armor or wear clone armor all together, some troopers wanted to have mismatch armor others wanted to keep wearing the stormtrooper armor but use different weapons and other wanted to use clone armor altogether whether it was phase 1 or 2.
