Alright so the field commander isfinished and this guy unlike the stormtrooper officers gives a buff to all first order units on the field and comes with a grenade ability and can sprint, Since they have no armor what so ever they die really easy so protect them at all cost or the New Republic will start mowing down your infantry really fast.
How are you going to design the New Republic troops and ships when we haven't seen them yet? We've only been shown the Resistance fighters which likely have lower quality ships & troops.
New Republic will be 99% from the EU with that 1% being Resistance soldiers and fighters only being built on the planet they were on in the movie.
The way i have this planned is for the First Order and the New Republic to be in their own GC and then have another GC with the New Republic,Imperial Remnant and Restored Empire.
The only time the First Order will be fighting any other faction but the New Republic is in skirmish.
I also guess that some books will maybe give some ideas about the New Republic
