Seriously, if you can't be creative with constructive feedback even slightly negative in nature? "don't" post Mono.....It reflects badly upon you. I saw nothing wrong with the mod. The work these guys are doing no matter how big nor small it is?
Its a endeavor they took, time they spent, knowledge they used, collective skills they combined to bring this to everyone. If you don't like it? Don't comment on it, simple as that. Some of us appreciate the efforts of people such as these to do what work they can to bring new game play and ideas to the table. (/ end rant tape)
Nice work on the character models and textures guys... take no notice of people who aren't willing to help improve the mod, but only complain about things... using the generic animations is something one has to do when you are unable to do new ones... looking forward to playing it whee it is released...
They did no work on the models or textures. They simply asked permission to their original creators.
Shut up and make the mod yourself if all you can do is complain. With what they have the ability to do, they have done a good job. So what if they didn't make their own models, at least they got permission to use them. Is there something so wrong with using someone else's models with their consent? That's what communities are, places to help people out and share.

in the demo none of the characters are there they are all inviable what do i do

Machinima is not a mod.
Tell what you're going to provide in your mod and provide it. Anyone can do fancy video, anyone can reenact a battle with enough time. I see nothing here but pre-existing assets.
Either you're doing an extremely poor job making it clear what exactly your mod provides (in which case you need to make a "trailer" that actually shows something) or your mod does nothing.
Yea I have to admit the Noir feel it had was cool.
