MD2 saberlock installation progress:

1.Install MD2,make sure you have deleted all other mods from Base folder first.

2.After installation of MD2 install Jedi Academy patch 1.01.

3.Install Saberlock addon

This should make it work.

Does anyone know how to download this properly? I download it and it appears as a file in my downloads not as an application to install it to game data.
Does anyone know why that is? When I download it, it says the publisher could not be verified.

Well for these types of situation when I don't really know why these errors occur I can only tell you to try this:

1. Remove all the additional mods in your base folder.

2. Make sure to update your copy of Jedi Academy to 1.01; Jediknight3.filefront.com

3. Reinstall Movie Duels 2.

4. Reinstall Jedi Academy.

5. Re download Movie Duels 2.

So what you do is you download the file, open installer, install to C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Jedi Academy\GameData. If you are not using 64 bit, then take out the (x86)

I downloaded this from the Moddb one (not the torrent, but I am downloading that one now) and it wouldn't work. I clicked the application (.exe) thing and an error message came up (I cant remember what it said, but it would not work). Do I have to do something else first?

Are you using a Vista or 7 by chance? If you are, setup still tries to put it in the Program Files/LucasArts/JKA/Gamedata by default, you have to install it to the Program Files(x86)/LucasArts/JKA/Gamedata folder. I messed up like that before too. Basically just reinstall it to the correct folder. IF you're using Vista or higher, that is.

Still doesn't work for me, i've changed the filepath/installationpath but with no big difference.

I even started editing the shortcut just to be sure but it still doesn't work, when i ran a scan at the .bat file it said that it needs to be an .exe to run properly.

How do i fix this?

(Win 7 64-Bit, STEAM-verison of JKA.)
