SWLU is a mod for X3AP Litcube's Universe 1.7.2 built from the ground-up using ship assets from Mikhail Skatchkav's Star Wars Reborn Mod for X3AP. All ships have had their thruster effects, camera positions, and gun placements fixed or tweaked in addition to the many gameplay changes that come with LU. 294 total Star Wars ships (counting variants) are added in addition to all ~400 vanilla/LU ships, and can be bought in special sectors. With LU, you can finally have the massive X3AP star wars space battles you have always dreamed of! Credit for the original ship models goes to Warb Null, Jeroenimo, Dinoff, and MikSka's team behind Star Wars Reborn. Also thanks to Litcube for making LU and his extremely useful Excel editors. Cockpit assets originally by PSCO1, Swefan Italia, and Klaus11.

Description

SWLU must be installed on top of an installation of LU. SWLU is incompatible with Mayhem and other large LU mods, and LU by its nature is largely incompatible with most of X3's mods. Do not use the plugin manager for LU or LU mods.

Should the original X3 factions ships be still present at shipyards?

That is normal. Each faction has a special sector with an OTAS shipyard selling their SW ships. I wanted to leave the vanilla ships available to the player in SWLU.

I tried setting up a mining fleet with TIE Scimitar Miners and a Gozanti Vanguard and the Gozanti can't seem to control the homebased TIEs. I've done this before in past versions... am I doing something wrong?

Im not sure why , but all my ships pops up the message of them being followed by a ship , this stops them from using their hyperdrive, when set to do that, even newly bought ships have this, is there anything im doing wrong as none of my ships are following them

Hello! Do stand alone ships work with this mod? For ex, I want to add an xsp ship from the forum site, would it work with its mod?

No, XSP ships will not work at all. They also won't have the correct balancing to fit into Litcube's Universe. They'd have to be manually modded into a custom SWLU version, and I'm not really willing to do that.

So I am curious.. Why do the LAAT's not fit inside the of Venator and other captical class ships.. but small Cruisers can, I had a few small cruisers loaded on a ship but cant get any LAAT Gunships to land on ships, LAAT's are not that big to my knowledge and they were carried in the Venator and Acclamator Ships

Also Whats with the Fleet Command - Invade Sector, Firstly, If your already in the sector, the ship your in seems to jump to the opposite side of the sector and then just sits there as its fleet jumps into you.. Dead. 2nd if you move right after jumping and re-do the command.. even tho you only moved a few hundred meters it will again jump to the same gate it came through and right into the fleet that just came through and didnt move... Is the command broken or what am I doing wrong lol
