SWLU is a mod for X3AP Litcube's Universe 1.7.2 built from the ground-up using ship assets from Mikhail Skatchkav's Star Wars Reborn Mod for X3AP. All ships have had their thruster effects, camera positions, and gun placements fixed or tweaked in addition to the many gameplay changes that come with LU. 294 total Star Wars ships (counting variants) are added in addition to all ~400 vanilla/LU ships, and can be bought in special sectors. With LU, you can finally have the massive X3AP star wars space battles you have always dreamed of! Credit for the original ship models goes to Warb Null, Jeroenimo, Dinoff, and MikSka's team behind Star Wars Reborn. Also thanks to Litcube for making LU and his extremely useful Excel editors. Such a great mod and easy to install using the instructions. My only issue is that some ships will impact the OTAS shipyards upon launch unless piloted by autopilot.

The only time ive played X3 Albion Prelude is with this mod. I have 270 hours in the game. Just take that into perspective.
I've nothing but praise for this mod. It takes proper advantage of both the base game's scale and the improvements found in Litcube's Universe.
But nothing immerses you more into the Star Wars universe than travelling throughout the galaxy, running Imperial patrols, and blasting pirate and Rebel starfighters into scrap as a pilot of a TIE Defender.
I love it. The creator deserves every amount of praise he can receive for making something like this a reality, and all I want now is for him to continue work on this wonderful mod.

Installed it by following the installation video and everything seemed to work except the empty background of the title screen and not having any of the starting starwars ships

The combination of having the X3AP:LU and a fully functioning star wars conversion is the space game I have been wanting to play for YEARS!
Ihave played x3 for years and then left it to gather dust... But i found this mod and now i am hooked star wars and x3 go together like ice cream and jelly and the detail is great! The new boost system is perfect that came in tthe 1.2.4 update and has changed how u fight in battle and attack! This is a mod that get u gripped all over again in x3 and is hard to let go... Cannot wait for what is put in future updates!!! :) Gooooonnnk!!
