Star Wars: Interregnum is an upcoming mod for Sins of a Solar Empire: Rebellion that builds off of the highly successful Enhanced 4X Mod. Fleeing the unknown terror that is chasing the Vasari, the factions of Sins of a Solar Empire stumble on a temporary wormhole that takes them to a galaxy far, far away. The sudden arrival of armadas with trillions of refugees and thousands of warships between the events of Episodes 5 & 6 forever alters the Star Wars universe and plunges the galaxy into an unprecedented period of chaos and violence. Begun, a new conflict has.
I took this while taking screenshots for UI images, and it was simply too good not to share. Most of the Galactic Empire faction is entirely done now. While there are two major bugs that remain before a public release, once they are taken care of it will not be too far far away.
That is an excellent screenshot, and the progress is excellent news too, good luck with those bugs.

Soooo next up after imps would be the rebellion. I would be willing to assist testing that once you get into it.
While getting to the Rebels is indeed a big priority, the next phase after the first alpha will focus on adding the second Empire faction, the Imperial Warlords. I will also add the first Star Wars militia and random encounters (I.e. make the game world feel like Star Wars), and possible take the first step towards replacing the Sins pirates with Mandalorian Mercenaries. However this second phase shouldn't take nearly as long since its only a subfaction, hence why its being done next.
