You know you're lucky when Darth Vader doesn't kill you when you're posted on a starship.
It is a shame he had to die in that awful plot "twist" at endor.

Ah, my apologies that was a bit unclear. I meant the last hero in terms of how difficult he is to recruit. I'm revealing them out of order. :p

On the power scale, where is this ship between Sins capital ships and titans?

In between them. Part of Piett's high firepower comes from the fact that he can fire at multiple units at once. He is only a bit better than an ISD-II against a single target, so titans would be able to focus fire on him much better than he can.

That said, the stats are not necessarily final, and in this screenshot notice he is at level 6 and with some hull/weapons research.

All hero units have a 5th ability named after themselves. It is necessary for the hero unit spawning to work, and some heroes have unique leadership or other bonuses they get from it.

Description

The last of three heroes for the Galactic Empire, Admiral Piett is another movie character whose life has been extended with the revised Battle of Endor. Once an officer in an insignificant planetary defense force, Piett's cunning in both politics and on the battlefield eventually saw him transferred to the Imperial Navy as Captain of the Executor, Darth Vader's flagship. With his promotion to Admiral following the execution of his superior, Piett became the longest serving commander of the Executor, due to his uncanny ability to avoid Darth Vader's wrath even when things went wrong, though he lived with the constant fear that his luck might run out.

Piett remained commander of the Executor until 7 ABY, during which he participated in the three largest battles of the Interregnum: Endor, Eriadu and Thyferra. As the Empire began to find itself fighting on multiple fronts however Darth Vader had a shortage of loyal and talented commanders he could trust, which resulted in Piett being transferred to his own command in a newly constructed Allegiance class Battlecruiser. With his flagship rivaling some faction's titans, he is a force to be reckoned with on the battlefield. Piett is extremely difficult to kill thanks to both his durable flagship and abilities. He can fire on multiple targets and can provide powerful bonuses to any Imperial fleet he commands. However, he is more difficult to acquire than most other faction's heroes.

Trivia: Until a young Tarkin's brief appearance in Revenge of the Sith, Admiral Piett was the only Imperial official to appear in more than one Star Wars Movie.
