The political prisoners tech no longer adds the ability for money to nuetronium mines. Only the slavery tech works.

This seems to be broken.

It does appear its not working for the Warlords. I assume that's who you were playing as. Thanks for reporting this.

It does seem to work perfectly fine for the Galactic Empire.

Actually, it appears this is limited to Metal Extractors on your homeworld, or any other starting planets you have. It appears to work on any Metal extractors you build yourself that you don't have at the start of the game. Will still look into fixing it.
