I agree with Grevious on this one. However "Careful we must be" otherwise soon we will be ripping every model to keep the quality at an even level. That creates another problem where some models wont be in the new game. I think we need to have a much more deep discussion than a poll for this one. Its a big undertaking either way. Beyond everything i have said however it would be fantastic to have the new B1 droids and maul.

Btw, the newest models will take a lot of resources (heavy models so will slow computers a lot).
That's a good reason that I found to vote for "Keep old models, but update textures". I think that this mod deserves accessibility more than the graphic enhancement. This mod looks pretty good as it is, I think. The laser gunfire already eats too much of the performance, and if you add up the increased polys on the models, I don't think that people that usually run the game on Medium will be good to play it nicely.

If the new models are used my computer probably won't be able to run the mod at all :(
Update the main mod with new models and then add a optional download in the file section with only the old models for the people who are experiencing performance issues.
I wonder how many people realize that switching to those new models might put lethal stress on the mod.
