Just some ingame pictures from the Kontos, the ship is a little bit to dark i think, maybe working with more dirt mask and brighten the color but that i will do with the Victory ;).

To make sure of the colors, maybe try to compare the colors of different ships together, settle on the best one, and just use that on all imperial ships since mass production of the empire favored using the same materials (paint in this case) on all the ships, and it would make your life that bit easier ;)
Hehe yeah the material is the same as on the weapontowers lets see how it goes with the Victory ;)

Substance Painter default white is only 0.8 white you can turn it up to 1.0 if you like :)
