Continuing the epic battles of the original Sacrifice of Angels mod for Homeworld. Sacrifice of Angels 2 uses the Sins of a Solar Empire engine to add on an "empire building" mechanic for a truly epic Star Trek Experience.

What happened to the shields?
Working on the lack of movement during combat, but so far no success. The come to a screeching halt, and fight seems to be hardcoded.
This is a very early test Vid. Lots has changed since.
Shields will be in once we make shield meshes for all the units. Each unit requires its own shield mesh. All the units have shields stats, just no visible shields ATM.
the ambassador class looks shocking...but then again, i'm sure the finished version won't be if you consider the extraordinary quality of the ships in the first one

i'd wish that someone would make a mod for star trek armada1 and 2 that would make the ships move around during combat,i tried to make one myself for armada1 but i just dont have the knowledge nore the nerves. in armada2 there is the normal/trek option but a didn't saw any change. maybe someone knows a mod or something that changes that
would be nice if the mirandas and exelsia's used the old style burst phasers you see in wrath of karn
