Well, things are certainly progressing quickly at the moment. I set up a Singularity youtube channel, there you will be able to find all the latest tech tests, developer runs, and whatever else we think of in video form for you all to oogle and comment on. Part of what makes Singularity special isn't just the minds developing it but the feedback from the people interested and those who play the public release beta builds. Right so let's have some linkage.
...and to whet your appetite a bit here is a short demo video of me reenacting "that robocop scene", while also testing a few new engine features. Theres also a bit of an easter egg in this video, I'll give you all a hint so as not to make it too hard to figure out; You already hold the answer. Do let us know here or in the youtube comments those of you who work it out.
Any plan to update hands and weapon models? Vanilla models are awful. :l On the other hand, the mod graphics are incredible, maybe the DoF needs a bit of tuning tho, great job!
Hand and weapon models will probably be updated doing so will just be rather a lengthy task as vanilla weapons are heavily customised and all of those changes would need to be ported in to SRP.
Really good videos and the game looks great.
DOF, in game nice effect well done.
For me personally though things like, DOF, Vignette, Lens Flares etc. are to some degree simply pointless eye candy.
I am hoping that once the project is complete and released there will be an option to disable DOF.

The options to disable features are already there, a simple toggle and its gone ;)
