It would be great to have a little more advanced A-Life in Last Day. So far I've noticed that squads don't travel much and when they do, they go to just 1-2 selected territories on the map and then they just stand there until they are eventually killed. It's pretty repeatable and boring.

Respawning is also quite retarded. If you kill squads at a location, just retreat far enough and another ones will automatically appear immediately once you're x amount of meters from their set up respawn point.

Last Day originates from Call of Misery, which originates from Misery and one of the best things in the original Misery was that it made the Zone feel alive. Stalkers had random routes they were taking each day and they had their routines. They were hunting mutants, they were resting, they were gathering artifacts, they were coming back to Skadovsk to drop the loot and wait until morning or go back outside for a night trip. Thanks to that there were also more gunfights between AI squads, because their routes sometimes crossed each other. Nothing like that in Last Day unfortunately. It feels a little bit better in the mutants department, but that's not satisfying enough.

This mod is almost perfect in so many areas but it really suffers from primitive, repetitive A-life and I do mean primitive after seeing what can be done in this subject. LD could really use an improvement here to make it a complete STALKER experience.
