Last Day won't start at all Thread - S.T.A.L.K.E.R.: Last Day mod for S.T.A.L.K.E.R.: Call of Pripyat

Hello everyone.

I am sorry to be a bother, but upon downloading and unpacking Last Day, the game won't start at all. It displays the small splash screen for a bit, before giving out the generic error sound and leaves zero log and no matter how many times I delete it and reunpack it and redownload it, same thing happens. I have troubleshooted a bit, launched in administartor mode, etc. but nothing happend still.

please help :<

If i would take a wild guess, it's due to missing C++ libraries (implying you installed the game correctly with all files).

You can try getting those:

• Visual C++ Redist 2013 x86, if game fails to launch due to missing msvcr120.dll
• DirectX End-User Runtimes 2010 (installer can install both package)
  
  

Sadly, that's not it. Still dunno why it's happening...

How in the hell did this happen? I'm not quite sure how to fix it either.
