[Addon] Remove damages when drinking alcohol suggestion. Thread - S.T.A.L.K.E.R.: Last Day mod for S.T.A.L.K.E.R.: Call of Pripyat

I personally think it would be nice to use alcohol ( beers and vodkas ) alongside tabaco to eliminate some small amonts of radiations, considering how common they are in the Zone and also for roleplay and immersion purposes, how roleplay it would be to go to the 100 Rads Bar and enjoy a masculine meal ( or any other mutant food ) with a vodka after a rough and rewarding day in the Zone as well as having some Cheeki Breeki parties with fellow Stalkers, squatting and drinking vodka.
