Sometimes when I use the sleeping bag, I am rewarded with a quick death, but I have no idea why. I decided to sleep in one of the houses in the starting zone, the house Wolf is standing next to (I think Nimble sleeps in there as well). Every time I try to sleep there, I 'wake up dead.' This seems like a pretty safe location to me, but I guess the people who made this mod disagree. Apparently the second floor of the building where Nimble was being held hostage is a much safer location to sleep. Is it not safe to sleep around neutral stalkers? I couldn't find this information in the mod manual, so what criteria does the game use to determine what is and what isn't a safe location to use the sleeping bag? Also, why do I often wake up from the sleeping bag nearly dead (when it doesn't outright kill me)? Yes, I'm eating something every time I use the sleeping bag. How does this mechanic work anyway? This kind of thing has never happened to me. I was going to tell you to remember to eat food, but you say you do. Maybe you need to eat more? I often sleep with the stalkers that you have to defend when you first enter the garbage (and pretty much every night you come by as well), and don't encounter any such problems. |
