This addon "restores" the ghillie suit from Misery.
Comes with the player model, hand meshes, ingame portrait, seasonal retextures for autumn and winter (standard one comes in green) and optional dynamic hud overlay texture.
Works with Vanilla, Vanilla+Outfit Addon and STCoM+Outfit Addon, Alkiroth's Overhaul, Axebeard's FieldCraft and Deployable Camping Gear.
It can be bought from Nimble and from the military trader in Agroprom.

Version 1.6 (current):
- Placed seasonal retextures and dynamic hud in Optional folder instead of having them in the main folder.
- Added short info on how to install the addon.
- Added few files that were missing in some of the compatibility patches.
- Added new dynamic hud overlay for the ghillie, made by DarvinLamvin from reddit. This time it's a less intrusive one with the grass cut off from the middle of the screen (this is how it looks like). Just like the overlay from previous version, this one comes in green and has it's seasonal retextures as well.
- Buffed the ghillie a bit:
- Increased artefact count from 1 to 2
- Increased radiation protection from 0.0036 to 0.0136
- Increased psi protection from 0 ; 0 mT to 0.625 ; 25 mT
- Reduced weight from 13.82kg to 10.72kg
Buffs were made at the cost of the price - increased from 32470RU to 55780RU.
Still didn't figure out how to remove the breathing sounds from the dynamic hud overlay, will take care of that with a friend in next few days.
Version 1.5:
- Added optional folder with a dynamic hud overlay for the ghillie (this is how it looks like), which comes in green and has it's seasonal retextures as well. It has the gasmask breathing sound, I don't know how to remove it yet, but I'll surely do it when I'll know how to. Should work with most of the mods, if not, please let me know.
- Lowered the price of the ghillie, as it isn't making you less visible to enemies like it does in Misery.
- Removed unnecessary files from patches.

- Added compatibility patches for Alkiroth's Overhaul, Axebeard's FieldCraft and Deployable Camping Gear.
Just a heads up: I just made the patches, didn't really test them (pretty silly, I know), but everything should be okay. If not, please let me know down in the comments.

- Quick fix for STCoM+Outfit Addon - for some reason the bones_koeff_protection thing in outfit.ltx for ghillie was actor_armor_light instead of actor_armor_suit, which was making the game crash. Should be fixed now.

Installation:
1. Unpack the rar you've downloaded.
2. Take the gamedata that is in the unpacked folder and place it in your CoM folder. Overwrite everything if asked. It's very likely, that you're using something more than just vanilla, so:
A) If you are using Vanilla + Outfit Addon, then after placing gamedata provided in the rar go to the "Compatibility patches" folder and place the gamedata folder from "Outfit Addon patch" folder and overwrite everything.
B) If you are using STCoM + Outfit addon, then after placing gamedata provided in the rar go to the "Compatibility patches" folder and place the gamedata folder from "STCoM + Outfit Addon patch" folder and overwrite everything.
C) If you are using Alkiroth's Overhaul addon, then after placing gamedata provided in the rar go to the "Compatibility patches" folder and place the gamedata folder from "Alkiroth's Overhaul patch" folder and overwrite everything.
D) If you are using Vanilla + Deployable Camping Gear, then after placing gamedata provided in the rar go to the "Compatibility patches" folder and place the gamedata folder from "Vanilla + Deployable Camping Gear patch" folder and overwrite everything.
E) If you are using STCoM + OA + Deployable Camping Gear, then after placing gamedata provided in the rar go to the "Compatibility patches" folder and place the gamedata folder from "STCoM+OA+Deployable Tent and Lantern patch" folder and overwrite everything.
F) If you are using STCoM + Axebeard's FieldCraft, then after placing gamedata provided in the rar go to the "Compatibility patches" folder and place the gamedata folder from "STCoM + Axebeard's FieldCraft patch" folder and overwrite everything.
G) If you are using STCoM + OA + Axebeard's FieldCraft, then after placing gamedata provided in the rar go to the "Compatibility patches" folder and place the gamedata folder from "STCoM + OA + Axebeard's FieldCraft patch" folder and overwrite everything.
H) If you want to use any of the seasonal retextures, then after doing the step 2 (and other steps if necessary) go to the "Seasonal retextures" folder, choose one of the retextures and place the gamedata from one of the folders in the CoM folder. Overwrite if asked.
3. Enjoy dying over and over again, but this time in your brand new ghillie suit!
This is pretty much my first addon, so I'm pretty sure there'll be some problems with it, but I've been testing it for some time and it seems to work fine. Please tell me, if you encounter any bugs/crashes. I'm not the best in troubleshooting CoM, but I'll do my best.

Being a huge moving bush has it's charm though, you can't deny that.

Send me the last part of the log which you can find in the appdata\logs folder. The part from fatal error till the end, because without it I have no idea what could screw up.

Okay, I guess you're using STCoM and Outfit Addon. Download the current version (1.3.2) and use the STCoM+OA patch from it. For some reason I fixed the thing that was causing this crash for vanilla, but I forgot to do this for STCoM+OA, sorry!

which log? also, any area the suit is in
Don't know why but the game will keep crashing I can't access the logs to see what has gone on but I'm using a trading mod (every trader buys broken weapons) . Could there be a clash between the two mods I don't know, if there's any patches much appreciated. I love the ghillie suit and the fact someone has brought it back :)
Why can't you get to the logs? It's in the appdata\logs in CoM folder. Also there should be an error that appears on your screen when the game crashes. Show me this one if you can't access the logs.
You can fiddle a little bit around to make those work as it isn't really that hard. Download my addon and overwrite the files. Go to gamedata\configs\misc\trade and open up all the traders files (I recommend using Notepad++ for that). Every trader will have something like "buy_trade_condition" or something similar with a different value after that. Some will have 0.99, some will have 0.66. If you want traders to buy stuff at 10% condition then change it to 0.10 for all the traders, 0.50 for 50% etc.
It's kinda weird that it's crashing your game, it should just make two traders not buy from the condition you've chosen in the addon (if you've installed my addon after the condition addon). Are there any other addons you are using?
Hey mate, I have found a very strange problem not sure if its just me or if other people have found it but I use the deployable tent and lantern mod when I add the ghillie mod in the tent and lantern disappear all together in the game and in the spawn menu. Now when I tried it the other way around and I put the Ghillie suit in first then the tent pack mod and this time the ghillie disappeared all together from the game. Any help buddy I would be grateful :)
Ghillie was replacing files that were already changed by deployable tent and lantern addon, which was making one of them disappear after installing them both.
I just uploaded a new version which has a compatibility patch for it, go and check it out.
Does this Ghillie works exactly the same as in original Misery?
Unluckily no, it's just another suit to wear.
I wish it'd make you less visible or something, but I have no idea how to do this for now.
