This is great! But one thing; when looking at your before/after comparion pictures you can clearly see that all of the world objects/textures around the characters also become clearer/crisper. Did you enable some sort of sharpening on the after pictures?

Yea for some reason i see that the detailed textures in pictures comes with some dark contrast effect, i hope this is an image conversion problem

Even though I feel like HD Models are a good update on looks on a game that is very outdated, what you have done is outstanding. It is more in line with OLR, which is more true to GSC.
