Welcome to a new mystery custom mission for Call of Duty 4!
This mission is directly related to Call of Duty 4: "Rooftops" Campaign of mine and it's sequel along with the Spec-Ops serries. This means that characters and many elements in this mission are from the "Rooftops" Universe so it would be better if you watched or played it first.
The mission itself is surreal, enemies spawning from lighting, portal teleportation and stuff like that. All those elements mean that you're playing a nightmare as the title itself indicates. It is basically a nightmare the character "SPi" experienced after the events of "Rooftops" Campaign.
There are a lot of references to the original "Rooftops" Campaign and to the Special Ops missions.
But there are no direct references to the sequel, "Rooftops" 2 Red Alert.
The map took about a month to finalize as the basic idea and concept were completed in one week.
This mission was mainly inspired from Far Cry 4 Yuma Boss Fight and Avengers: Age of Ultron as well as other video-games or movies.
