Spherical testing is a puzzle based mod for portal 2 where you control spheres to complete puzzles. Including singleplayer, coop and vs game modes.

Again its been longer that it should have been since the last update, but this may well be the final one before I start to release things. Coop maps will be released first, hopefuly in early august, then nearer the end of august the same maps will be released in single player mod form, and on the steam workshop as maps. Unfortunately playing coop maps require a bit of effort to setup so you can play them.

Currently, all maps have been detailed and are just being polished.

listen, this is obviously dead. if i was the leader of this and it died, i would at least try to release something...like, knowledge on how the sphere controlling thing works, perhaps? i did that with h2f, though it took a while, i eventually typed up a brief description of the entire storyline, which is what my trackers were looking forward to the most. since you obviously arent using this gameplay mechanic, the least you can do is write in the mod description or elsewhere on how exactly this works, so maybe sombody else can continue the project.

You should make the corners banked slightly, and add inclines going inwards on the edges of the platforms. That might make it slightly easier to navigate it (right now, it looks kind of difficult).

Also, if you are noticing any noticable performance drop, then you should edit some of the models and start getting rid of all of those unnecessary polygons (Valve needs to stop using Nurbs).

Finally, are the gels going to make it in? If so, you should find a way to get them to work the way they do with the player.

Will we be seeing a demo pretty soon? I mean just like 1 or 2 levels, just to get us ready for what lies ahead?

I'd rather just release the whole thing at once, rather than spending even more time setting up a demo. On another note, all the levels will get finished at the same time, so it's not like I have the first two levels perfected already and their just sitting there waiting for release.

Common, just give us an update at least. This mod is two months overdue. I don't care how well polished it is, at least let people beta test it. That might make the mod's progress go a lot faster.
