I'm modeling and texturing new environments and monsters, as well as adding new gameplay experiences. With me I have "Adrianis" who does scripting. Spacies is a fullconversion mod where most of the gameplay takes place on a russian "worn-down" spacestation named Pir. The mod will feature interesting new mechanics, exciting environments and of course; Scary encounters. My "Work-diary" can be found on the frictional games forums. Enjoy!
I've decided to attempt to create more 'living' environment.. This is something I've been thinking about over the last months; ideas on how to make the environment feel alive and not just like a bunch of dead objects in a game-world.
You, as a player, should feel as if the environment is interacting with you as you pass through it. That there is a 'hidden world' going in there, wheter you are there or not. Hopefully I can deliver on this idea.. :)
What you are going to see is basically 'unpolished' examples - because showing the final thing might be more fun to see in-game, rather than at this website. Ultimately the meaning of it is to give you guys an idea of what I'm hoping to achieve.
