Why did Rabid give you a fullbright map with devtextures ?
Well for someone being a professional mapper the first you must focus on is one thing at a time.
1 - walls , buildings and possibly objects > mostly block tool and cutting etc and so on.
2 - Focusing on textures
3 - lightning.
4 - improve everything as written above if possible.
He offered his spare time to us and he still needs a lot of work done on Black Mesa. So of course we can't expect everything perfect since he isn't on the team.
That "flip the switch" HUD message isnt going to be how they look in final version, right ? :P
