AArcade's niche is to provide uninhibited Windows functionality, but with a 3D world of shortcuts instead of a 2D wallpaper. This includes performance & compatibility equal to what users experience natively on Windows. Have you ever spent long hours in a video game, and didn't want to quit when it came time to do homework? AArcade turns your useless desktop wallpaper into a game world. You use your PC like normal, but AArcade is now your wallpaper. Launch your shortcuts from AArcade, or just launch them from Windows like normal. AArcade does not get in the way. There is a hidden world between worlds. A world that is normally only seen through lists, links, and menus. A world that we've known as other worlds have come and gone. A world that exists between everything we do on our computers. THAT is the world of Anarchy Arcade.

Fortunately for us, AArcade community member Oke Doke was able to make a 360° video sphere cabinet for us to spawn these new videos in!

Welcome to the first issue of Anarchy Weekly! Its mission: to bring you the latest & greatest news, addons, and highlights coming from the Anarchy Arcade community and from all corners of the world!

I'm SM Sith Lord and I'll be your host & curator for this wild ride through the metaverse of all human knowledge, history, fiction, and future.

Our first issue focuses on an awesome submission by an AArcade community member, so without further adieu, lets get started!

YouTube 360° Video Spheres

Recently YouTube added 360-degree streaming videos to their service. These videos allow you to look around in any direction as if you were actually there in real life!

Fortunately for us, AArcade community member Oke Doke was able to make a 360° video sphere cabinet for us to spawn these new videos in! Fry has a bunch of them spawned in this parking lot here (above). You just stand in the middle of the spheres and enjoy the show with a fully interactive 360° viewing experience.

Oh, and did I mention that last week Valve fixed Steam's VR mode so you can now experience the 360° videos inside of your arcades with Facebook's Oculus Rift or HTC's Vive virtual reality devkits!

AnarchyTV Live Twitch Demonstrations

The all-new AnarchyTV interactive Twitch.tv video stream will be LIVE all-day this Wednesday, July 29th between 6am - 10pm PDT! Come see what it's like for somebody to launch games from Anarchy Arcade as I try to make progress in beating various games from my library.

You can interact with the AnarchyTV live video stream through chat commands, and you even earn AnarchyTV points for doing so! The top 3 viewers with the most points at the end of the day get entered into a drawing to win a prize!

AnarchyTV Game Giveaway

If Twitch.tv is good for anything, its for giving away free stuff. This Wednesday I will be gifting my extra copy of WWE 2K15 on Steam to the winner of the AnarchyTV raffle!

All you have to do is join the Twitch stream some time during Wednesday and interact with the chat bot for a chance to win your spot on the prize wheel. (You don't even need to have Anarchy Arcade!)

The wheel will spin at 4pm PDT with the top 3 names on it. The winner gets WWE 2K15 and is invited to be my tag-team partner in multiplayer mode! :D
