A mod wich will be based on the snipers divisions of WW2. Weapons/item: Great scale of sniper rifles, a couple of pistols, a frag grenade and a knife. Map locations: forests, city's/villages and large open fields. You will be able too customize your whole sniper rifle like: adding a camo blanket, or changing of scopes, adding a sling etc. You will also be able to open and close your scope incase of the reflection of the sun. This mod will be a full modification of half life 2. Rifles will include the Kar98, Enfield, Mosin nagant, Springfield, SVT-40 and some more rare rifles. Pistols: Luger p08, Colt 1911, Tokarev, Webley and more.

I would assume one bullet at a time, but it shows the clip right there.
YOu load 1 bullet or the whole clip, but yeah it needs some foliage
well actually only one bullet because since the scope is mounted that way you couldnt fit a whole clip
Correct, it is one bullet at a time. The clip is more for show :P
the SVT-40 was the only accurized Soviet rifle that was capable of being reloaded by stripper clip. It was also capable of being reloaded by magazine.

The camo was made to make the weapon look sexah! But is there anything special about it in-game ? Since it's a sniping game, I guess there will be some camo envolvement. I guess. (That might come as a suggestion, using that type of weapon or that one could "trigger" a special A.I behavior... Like "Can't see here" or "Can't see from that far"... Might be a good idea but wonder if that's possible with a game like HL2. )

looks good. but, my only question is How do you reload it?????
the piece of cloth wrapped around the scope is actually blocking the chamber, so when you eject the shell, it's not gonna go anywhere but right back into the gun, and you cannot reload it because you cannot access the chamber.
The last thing you want is the casing flying off and catching an enemy sniper's attention. You'd have to extract it manually. It's slower, but it means you won't give your position away.
the cloth covering over the scope (and wrapped around the receiver) does not inhibit the bullet from leaving the chamber. Plus as mentioned, you would cycle the bolt *slowly* and remove the bullet from the receiver yourself. I'd recommend waiting a while though, a freshly fired case is extremely hot. If you cycled the bolt quickly, the case would likely bounce off the cloth (since it ejects to the right) and then backwards. Ouch!
if that is a mosin *which I am pretty sure it is* then DO NOT add foliage, remember the mosin was used in pretty much just urban environments which mean they usually rubbed dirt and pebbles on the canvas camo cover to help it blend in with the rubble and razed building so they could have the front sticking out with no one noticing, getting a greater vantage over more enemy's at once. Compared to standing far away from the window to keep the barrel hidden so its not easier to spot.
It was used in every environment the Soviets fought in, including plains, forests, and during the winter. It wasn't just used in Stalingrad. Also, no sane sniper is going to stand so their barrel is overhanging a window, no matter how well-camouflaged their rifle is.
