First Person ShooterNumber Crunching is a classic Half-Life mod developed by one person.
This mod shall tell the story of the Sample Material from Half-Life 1 and how it found its way to Black Mesa. You play Dr. Nakamura, a scientist and WWII veteran working with his team in a Lab on the island Saipan on the Material for Black Mesa. Shit gets hot when the military storms the site. The Dr. grabs the Sample and meets up with the Black Mesa associate to find answers as the Sample gets unstable over time. It's planned as kind of a walk from a pacific Island to Neo Tokyo. Main Inspiration comes from Vintage computing, Vaporwave, NGE and sure HL1.
