I have to agree with crusader148 and PrivateChuckles here, it would be good if you could find a way to make the Rokh ship fit more of a "Guass turret", "Sniper" cap-ship role which is unique to the Caldari faction in this mod, the Raven cap-ship can fit the role of a heavy missile ship instead or something.

You can just make it a laser,but make the duration so short that it looks like a railgun,that way it gets the bonus as a laser but fires like a railgun

This is interesting. I would recommend making the titans of Eve fit under the titan category in Sins. It'd make sense. Be mindful of the size and scale of the titans verse the other ships. If the titan is "too big" then scale the other ships down. Also, I don't think battleships should be used as capital ships. In Sins, you're limited to the number of capitals you can field whereas battleships can often be the backbone of a fleet in eve. I'd put the battleships under "cruisers" and fit the eve cruisers in between what space is left between the "Cruisers" and "frigates" build menu. Super capitals could fit nicely as capital ships.

I'd also personally recommend moving away from the whole "planets" thing. If you think about it, it makes a little more sense to replace the planets themselves with the big starbases (not the pos kind) when it comes to scale. If possible (and I'm not sure it is from my limited modding experience in this game's entity files), you could attempt to make the planets likened unto the stars in how they're visible as background even without visiting their gravity wells. That may be much to ask though considering that that may be an aspect hard-coded into the game and not available to us; however, the planets then would be places we wouldn't really visit but could see as background for the starbases. Were I you, I'd leave nothing to look like it does in Sins. Don't use any of the build constructors, extractors, ship building facilities, broadcast centers, etc. Make it as much like Eve as possible. Replace those with the Eve facilities often surrounding POS's that perform the same function. Hell, maybe even make the "planet's", aka the Eve starbases, or the POS's control those aspects of gameplay if possible. And I believe you can do that. It just requires making some creative "abilities" and assigning them.
