The name says it all. Here's some of Gondolin's units.

Is that the Final Roster?
For first release at least, yes. :)
There are still missing a couple of units from this image, though.
No no! i mean the Gondolin Roster Bercor.
Here you can see most of Gondolin's unique units (there's still missing House of the Fountain, House of the Tree, House of the Mole and House of the Tower of Snow).
They also share basic units with the other Noldor factions. All in all, they should have approximately 30 different units (in the image you can only see 18). That'll be the full Gondolin Roster.
Will the Grey Division still have the spearwall option?
Yes, they're a phalanx unit, Macedonian style.
