Quenta Silmarillion is a total conversion mod focused on the First Age of Beleriand, based on Tolkien's own vision and work. If you want to join the team, just PM Bercor or Milner! Help is always welcome.
Ancalagon is probably the foulest and the most powerful creature that Morgoth has ever created; in the War of Wrath this Dragon managed to somehow surpass the might of the dark Maiar that served the Dark Lord and initially fend off the entire Valinor's Host.
Yes, I'm sure, you want to see the Noldor seriously suffer :)
No, sorry, they don't. They're called flying Uróloki to distinguish them from the Longworms that don't have wings.
We'll have a couple of flying units, though (fell beasts and eagles). This dragon model, however, is massive, which unables it from using the flying animation.
Okay, seems legit. But I always thought Sauron bred the fellbeasts somewhere in Mordor after Melkor was banished to the Void. I didn't know they already existed in the first age.
There's a reference in the Silmarillion to Sauron joining an army of werewolves and fell beasts to look for Beren, though, in this case, the word "fell beast" might not refer to the later Nazgul mounts. However, we decided to give ourselves a little creative liberty here.
The wings look a little small but apart from that it looks amazing! :)
Bigger they shall be! ;)

Actually, we changed our minds. Ancalagon will have an unique model. This one will be only for the Flying Urolóki. :D
They are a calamity anyway :)
Suffer? We'll see when they face good Noldor steel.
Or the valinorean/angelic power of Eönwë :)
If you need an angel to take your dragon out for you, you have a problem.
All you need is a pimpin-*** Fëanor.
What can I say, the bling is real.
Are you maybe a little bit jealous, since (as the House of Fëanor) you won't be able to use this angel? :P
No? The plan is to tear down Angband's gates, storm the place, then climb the Thangorodrim and bellow out insults.
Then, good luck.
I too plan to throw down the walls of Angband and devastate its halls.
You will probably do it alone or allied with the Evil Men, while I will be in good company (Eönwë, Finarfin and the Vanyar) ;)
There is a tool for every task, and a task for every tool.
Do they really fly? :o S

Yea, okay. I'm sure it's gonna be good.
Will it fly in game?
No.
