Here is Círdan the Shipwright, faction leader of the Falathrim.
I think Cirdan should have beard,in Silmarillion it is written that Cirdan is the only elf who has a beard...great mod btw
Elves can grow beards, but usually later in their lives (3rd cycle. There is no published information on what a cycle of life is). Mahtan grew one in his second. It is highly unlikely Cirdan was one of the original Elves who Awoke at Cuivienen. Since he was related to Elwe and brothers, he like they would have been born as descendants of the original Elves. So, Cirdan didn't had a beard during the First Age, only during Third Age.
