I think the walking animations for Laura should be reworked, it doesn't seem to suit her age, being a young child and all she wouldn't walk like James, a fully grown man would. Other than that it looks like this is growing into something that looks quite polished. Though you'd have to justify why Laura is seeing the otherworld version of the place (as I described in my other comment).
agreed^ but the "other world" looks great. very creepy yet calming at the same time, which is kind of a paradox, but that's how it feels.
