Hey I reviewed your nightmare map and gave you a few pointers on how to improve it. I hope you do, otherwise I might have to take up modding to make my own. =p
well.. the lights...
i had a problem when i traslate in the video editor.. my videos go darker but in the real game you can see all much better...
in some video i adjust the brightness and the result is perfect.. i think...
no... it´s not always raining...

I think you need some more lights in the scene, perhaps a little less rain, so we can see how good the Catwoman mesh looks and experience the city better.
