Description
In uprising, I'm sure some of you noticed that the laser comes from the chin area. Now, that is fixed. And added pre-attack fx (full change list soon, mostly balance wise)
so Empire gets the giga fortress, Allies the Harbinger and the soviets.........?

you forget the Shogun Executioner of the Empire....
i think if the Apocalypse-Tank had again a anti-air-weapon the harbinger wouldn't be a problem...
