Shadow Over Middle Earth (SOME in short) is a mod for Battle for Middle-Earth.This mod taking concept of timeline between the events of The Hobbit and The Lord of the Rings. Our factions will be decide to Shadow of Mordor, Shadow of War (the sequel) and The Hobbit series. This mod requires patch 1.06 to play.

You cannot just use models which you find, you always need to make sure they are free to use or that you have permissions to use them.
Don't fear Earendil. I am only using models which I have find in t3a, which made by their modellers and giving permision to use those models. Not stealing.
Only noting it since I already saw some starting that way ^^
Yes, I am shared models which I didn't made, but now I am modelling ;). I have found a legolas models from t3a, and trying to edit it an armor, which will look like from Hobbit movie.

This mod is based on Hobbit and SOW series. The 60 years of 3rd age. Hİldorein not our concept right know, if I was understood your question right.
