Description
Due to (semi-)popular demand, I created this rendition of The Hobbit's Azog.
Note the Dwarf faces in his loincloth.
We haven't decided on how we're going to incorporate this hero (either replace Bolg or change Bolg into a lesser hero for Azog to take his place).
Thoughts?
Summon, map specific or easter egg?
We've decided to replace Bolg with a hero called Golfimbul II, and add Azog (who gets all of Bolg's current powers).
That makes sense to an extent, however, why remove Bolg?
Because Bolg's powers are everything a faction leader should have. If we keep Bolg and add Azog, they would turn out too similar.
Bolg should stay ingame with this powers: Leadership (15% attack to orcs only), Pillage and Carnage (weak). This way he would be a usefull creep hunter and early game hero. Hope this helps :).
Bolg is being replaced by the following hero:
Recruit Golfimbul II of Mount Gram - Cost: 800
Rank 1: Crack the Whip
Nearby infantry gains +10% movement speed for 20 seconds.
Rank 3: Hatred of Halflings
When activated, this ability detects cloaked hobbits. While active, Golfimbul deals +50% damage to hobbits.
Rank 5: Infantry Commander
Nearby infantry gain +25% armor.
Its exelent :D. No more hobbits camping around settlements. Just make it a 15% or 20% boost to speed, because 10% is hardly visible to players.
Hatred of the Halflings is good. =D
We will see Bolg in Desolation. I wonder if after the second Hobbit movie a new role can be made for him?
I've thought about that myself.
