Looks meh, I dun like headcrab zombies in any game other than Half-Life.
And I 'dun' like it when people don't use proper English. But Seriously it's a Half Life 2 mod. So really it's ok. I personally think it looks great.

I liek talking how I text people some dern tiems, it r fun.
I love head crabs, but I don't like them in zombie form in mods as opponents, I only like headcrabs as characters, like Lammar.
Lol, also, George in the current storyline is a lot different from normal Headcrabs, due to (SPOILER)

I think it looks abysmal and you should be shot for it.
fix the blood on his left ( our right) shoulder
this skin needs detail. I mean look at the skin change with the neck and body. also the back needs work. look at his right shoulder (your left) and look at the sudden line that stops. I mean good texture and all but it sill needs a bit of work.

Well I'm going to give you some positive feedback by telling you that I find it rather creepy. To make it better, you should have blood seeping out of the mouth because it looks like it has quite a bit of blood in his mouth. I quite like the paleness of his face. To be honest it does need a bit of a touch up though.
