i like how the towel/cloth has a model but i think it would look better if the modeling itself was a little less detailed, because it sort of looks like a condom.
so it would be a crinkly plane with a flat end. of course you could always add some thickness to it by tracing the initial plane a couple millimeters above or below it. a
so a two dimensional plane that has been warped appropriately, and then towards the end it would fan out a bit, not having a closed, a and whatever visual effects have not been created by the initial modeling, you can do some good bump mapping to make it not look like a condom/tissue/balloon/lotion.
then you can add pivot points for animation, simulating the movement of the cloth when someone is holding it.

It just need a texture to give it a better look and feel. The standard lambertian shader it's using makes it look like rubber.
The bottle needs to be a bit more...less clean.
