This mod features:
-Plenty of new assets
-Original music made specially for this CS
-New potions
-Photos as part of gameplay
-Enhanced, yet simplistic crafting system
-Tinderboxes getting back a crucial gameplay role
-Never seen before, subtle hint system
-Levels which are actually relevant to the story
-Rarely featured environments, such as sea, coasts, mountain woods and lakes

This mod does NOT feature:
-Poorly lit maps;
-Annoying sanity drain;
-An excuse of a story with no clear purpose;
-Poofing monsters coming out of closets;
-Teleporting naked guys shoving themselves at your screen;
-Teleporting-behind-you knight armours;
-You know what, no teleporting at all;
-Any other cringeworthy jumpscares either;
-Areas as plain as a pizza with no topping;
-Reading books (I mean, come on, my last mod had notes that were three-pages long);
-Rare monster encounters (Previously there were only three over the course of the three-hours-long mod)

Plot premise:
Ethan Roscoe sets sail for the desolate Madden Island - the new home of his cult-fanatic twin brother, Clyde. He hasn't given a sign of life for way too long, so Ethan decides to pay him a visit.

Update #1


As of the end of August, about 75% of the mod is finished.

Finished 12 maps out of estimated 15 maps
1 map in progress

Finished 12 map scripts, which include:
- Potion crafting system
- New tips system
- Digging system

Retextured 20 models
About 120 custom models added
Finished 8 loading screens (out of maximum 12)
Added a bunch of easter eggs

Finished 2 ambiances
Recorded 2 song drafts

Altogether, 556 MB of data.

To be done:
Voice casting & recording
2 maps + 2 cutscene maps
3 map scripts + 2 cutscene scripts
Some more ambiances
Song crafting
Find and retouch 3-4 loading screens.

Obviously, it's gonna take some more time to finish this mod, but fortunately enough you'll be able to play it before 2017 ends.

Kinda. I started college and it's very time-consuming, so the project has been suspended up until now.

Fortunately I've found new means of developing (i.e. I got a laptop), so development will continue.

You need a fellow playtester? If you hate glitches and bugs like I do, I can help you find them. All I need is a build of a map or the story itself. I've got a keen eye on these sort of things. Ill scour the map so you don't have too to find those pesky glitches, and immersion breaking bugs.

I know of confidential, won't give anything out to anyone, it will remain a secret between u and me.

All problems in the game will be reported to the game master (You). if U'd have me as ur minion that is.

I'd prefer if you would play the mod (when it'll be released) and simply report all bugs here.

However, there's one short level with which I need some help because it bugs out a lot. I might send it to you.

No new enemies, although the one I used has an important reason to be in the story.

New enemies require high-level 3D modelling skills which I don't possess.

However you can expect high-adrenaline encounters - They are built around the idea, that you don't have to simply run from the monster, but you have to complete tasks with his presence, which puts a lot of pressure on stealth. Believe me, it gives one a rush.
