ERROR: Couldn't find jumbot\bots.cfg file when i go put addbot why?
you need jumbot as well
why i can't play it
doesn't work, game can't find the maps (they are in the mod's maps folder though) typing maps * brings up nothing however it will let me choose from vanilla hl1 DM maps but the game freezes as soon as the load box comes up. I installed the mod correctly and used to play this with my non-steam half life and I really wanna play it again :( I should also note when I start the mod the background is the half-life background and it's all hl1 menu format
EDIT: hadn't played half life in awhile just tried to boot it up and steam says it was gonna convert it to better format (it's happened to other games before) so ill let it do that and see what happens
I fixed it but I hope people arent having the jumbot error its just caused because you put a \ instead of a / for "exec botfiles/jumbot.cfg"
Game modes are no longer playable and I've tried both versions available here with vanilla half-life folder un-modded. Whats up?
Just delete the game.cfg file within the scihunt folder and your fixed. A few bugs after using Madness mode. Exit the game and change mode to Traditional to gain the scientist's trust.
