Zemlya Rodnaya Xash recreation - First Demo

A detailed recreation of my educational institution - School №2 "Zemlya Rodnaya" (МАОУ "СШ "Земля родная"), located in Novy Urengoy, Yamalo-Nenets Autonomous Okrug, Russia.
This is a school project, required for admission to the 9th grade exams. Every real place has been thoroughly transferred to the game, using tons of photographic materials. Demo shows pretty impressive graphic capabilities of Xash3D FWGS engine with PrimeXT toolkit.
At the moment, the project is unfinished, less than 1/3 of all planned locations has been recreated. It also contains some stupid problem solutions and minor mistakes that need to be reworked in the future.

Это школьный проект, необходимый для допуска к экзаменам в 9-ом классе. Каждое реальное место было тщательно перенесено в игру, с использованием тонны фотоматериалов. Демо показывает весьма впечатляющие графические возможности движка Xash3D FWGS в связке с инструментарием PrimeXT.
На данный момент проект является незавершённым, менее 1/3 запланированных мест были перенесены. Также здесь в некотором количестве присутствуют костыльные решения проблем и мелкие ошибки, с которыми нужно разобраться в будущем.

Если кому-то интересно - работа над модом сейчас почти не ведётся, т.к. на нас навалили много новых задач в 10 классе :( . Продолжать разработку буду летом, многие вещи уже улучшены, оптимизация стала получше, но когда найти время чтобы собрать все текущие наработки в достойный билд - не знаю.
Кстати, большое спасибо всем за ваши оценки и комментарии!
If anyone is interested, mod development process is almost at a standstill right now, because we were given a lot of tasks in the 10th grade of school :( . Development will continue in summer, a lot of things have already been improved, mod got some performance optimizations, but I don’t know how to find time to put all these improvements in a new stable build right now.

Quick tip: if you modify menu.dll, you can store it alongside client.dll in your mod, so it doesn't conflict with default one.

True, but did the school also make it a requirement for it to published on a modding site?
It's all fun and games until people start jumping around fragging each other in a very realistic re-creation of your school, then you get a call :)

There are other school maps though as well.
For the map that is in the video, link to that at 17buddies.rocks.
Here is also a link to the Half-Life mod based on that map at Moddb.com.
Also I don't know why this mod was listed as a mod as it is supposedly a single map - thus is addon and also why it's in Early access - yet no file (Maybe still under authorization.)
Like honestly, why is this a Half-Life mod?
