A minor-ish patch to Saga of the Eastern Front, with fixed bugs and balance issues addressed, and a few new tweaks to the general gameplay.
This version is intended to fix a few issues from the previous version. A new version will come out soon, with more changes, but this version will cover the basic changes for the time being.
GENERAL
- Most spells can be queued
- Can be queued using Shift then Command
- Gathering resources returns 6 min/gas, increased from 5 from before
- All peon training times decreased from 14s to 12s
ZERG
Hydralisk:
- Unit size changed from Armored to Light
Mutalisk Cocoon:
- Armor increased from 0 to 5
- Unit size changed to Armored
Overlord:
- Antennae Upgrade removed.
Broodlings:
- Armor decreased from 10 to 8
- Creates 3 from target unit
- Lifetime increased from 15s to 40s
PROTOSS
Probe:
- Fixed Supply cost back to 0.5
Archon:
- Shields increased from 250 to 275:
- Weapon cooldown decreased from 30 to 27
Oracle/Mothership:
- New Ability: Pulse Cannon
- Deals 55 Psionic Damage for 30 energy
- Range 8
Mothership:
- Maelstrom ability removed.
Oracle:
- Repulsor Cannon base damage increased from 8 to 10.
- NEW UPGRADE: Khaydarin Core
- Increases Oracle starting energy by 25 and max energy by 100
TERRAN
Spider Mines:
- Targeting Modified
- Attacks all non-massive units within a range of 5
- HP increased from 20 to 40
Spectre:
- Base damage increased from 7 to 9
- Plant Trackers ability removed
- New ability: Maelstrom
- Stuns all units for a short period
- Researched at Machine Shop
Firebat:
- Health increased from 80 to 100
- Base damage increased from 16 to 20
- Fixed a bug where Firebats did 4x damage, instead of 2x
Restoration:
- Range increased form 6 to 8
Wraith:
- Weapon name changed from Rapidfire Laser Battery to Shockwave Missile Battery
- Splash damage removed
- Base damage increased from 16 to 20
- Weapon cooldown increased from 10 to 18
- Range increased from 5 to 6
Irradiate:
- Fixed a bug where non-organic units and buildings received damage
