My first Yuri's Revenge mod! My goal is to balance the factions without overdoing so! This way each faction can either play the way they are meant to or follow new game plans. Personally my main problem with a lot of mods, is that some units are way too powerful. Every new unit added here will have it's own use and weaknessess. There is still plenty left to do but I hope people will enjoy the simple, but fun concept I am trying to accomplish!
