The mod is aimed at realistic combat. Completely different expierence for this game.
Modified AI ( accuracy, health, stealth detection, combat discipline)
Modified Ai script. Now the fields self.accuracy in aitype files are used and work properly. It is ignored in vanilla game.
Modified Veteran difficulty setting for the mod (use only this difficulty for refined gameplay)
Modified Weapons (Accuracy, sounds, damage, sway, movement bob, ammo amount, penetration)
More about self.accuracy
Now because self.accuracy works every soldier can get custom accuracy. In the original game code > all soldiers had accuracy 1.0 and then it was only modified by the weapon they used. Now every soldier has accuracy that fit them and the final accuracy is soldiers accuracy + wepon.
Civilians with no training get self.accuracy 0.8
Middle eastern: soldiers get 1.0 accuracy and snipers 1.1
Mercenery: soldiers get 1.0 accuracy and snipers 1.1
Russian opforce:soldiers get 1.1 accuracy and snipers 1.2
Russia friendly special forces: soldiers get 2.0 accuracy and snipers 2.1
SAS: soldiers get 2.0 accuracy and snipers 2.1
USA special forces: soldiers get 2.0 accuracy and snipers 2.1
USA marines:soldiers get 1.5 accuracy and snipers 1.6

Amazing mod. It made the game so much more satisfying. I love the better friendly ai too, I was so tired of them being so useless.

this is a great mod i love it. the only thing i don't like about it is the ammo amount. yeah it is more realistic to have less ammo that's good, but its hard to GET an ammo as the character/team has "unique" weapons the only way for you to get ammo is to wait for a team mate to die. can you release a tweaked ammo amount? that would be great. awesome mod!
