This is a mod in progress for "Call to Arms" changing the theme into the Star Wars universe with new high quality content, new non-linear RPG gameplay, and many new game mechanics!
In Rising Empire, Shoretroopers are considered Galactic Marines. Therefor they get access to improved weapons and are seen in white armor on non-tropical planets.
New classes with different loadouts.
The troopers thermal detonator is now actually an linked item.
The visor has a light reflection to it, the armor will shine in light, unlike the undersuit.

a shame the men of war engine have problem with aiing while moving (maybe this is not a problem anymore with your work i don't know :3) because this is really beautifull.

you are saying that you resolved the problem of aiming while moving? nice
(i mean, in vanilla its impossible, and in some previous video of your mod you couldn't aim and move at the same time or the bullet (lasers :p) would fire on the groud)
You can move and fire in vanilla CTA. In RE there is a toggle button to enable fire while moving, as it was described in one of the latest RE videos.
I thinck he mean AS2 and other where the reticle tend to bounce crazily when firing in movement
