Hey everyone,
I've come straight from finishing the final coding for the mod. I was behind schedule for work on the mod this week and as I came to the last bit of coding I came across a problem which took 20 minutes to fix, eventually I found out it was a matter of one lowercase letter instead of an uppercase one. Silly me. Anyway, map 07_01 is complete and without further ado, here are some in-game screenshots.
This week also saw the beginning of "renovations" on the already-completed maps so far, improving their quality and so forth. Some maps particularly saw the removal of several pointless things (and replacing them with new pointless things?), but I have the impression that the maps are better off without some of these pointless things and the general improvements I have brought in.
So this week will see the continuation of said renovations, so the progress of new maps has slowed, but map 07_02 is already under development and (fingers crossed) might be finished for next update. Hopefully this map will have a different feel to it compared to the other maps, but still fit in with the overall atmosphere of the mod.
