Resident Evil: Twilight is a free Total Conversion for Valves ego-shooter Half-LifeĀ², based on the Resident Evil universe, by Capcom. The mod will contain a singleplayer mode and also a multiplayer mode with different game-modes. Resident Evil: Twilght will also contain a lot of gameplay features, like an inventory system to collect and manage wepaons and items. Of course we use this system for the different puzzles, which are integrated into the storyline. Another feature ist the Survival-Experience-System, which makes it possible to level up the player in different abillities like aiming or endurance. Gamemodes & Story will follow a completly new storyline, with new characters and enemies. Survive the last 24 hours of Raccoon City and make your way out of this hell: The player will take control of two different characters with different equipment and skills...

Looks interesting, but if you want to go for the Resident Evil feel then it'd really work better if it appeared as a separate screen. Your call, though there's a lot to be said for that brief moment of tranquility you'd have when the rest of the world disappeared around you, while you went to look at a map, read files or heal up.

This inventory screen just isn't "biohazardish".
