Republic at War is a total conversion mod for the game "Empire at War - Forces of Corruption". The mod will replace the Empire with the Galactic Republic and the Rebel Alliance with the Confederacy. The mod will focus heavily on the Jedi Order with emphasis on the Jedi Council. There will be a full Single player Campaign as well as multiple sandbox modes that will allow the player to re-enact various campaigns of the Clone War such as the Outer Rim Sieges. Players will have the choice to fight as the CIS or the Republic and wage war for control of the galaxy. Realism is key and players will have unprecedented control over how and where they fight. Send in a squad of clones or a whole battalion, or use one of the many clone units such as the 501st. Players will have the ability to control such characters as General Grevious, Jango Fett, Mace Windu, Yoda, and many many more.

Greetings, Star Wars fans! Hopefully this will be the last news item I post until the mod is released. We are well on our way and very close to wrapping up this project. The day is rapidly approaching where you will all be downloading and playing this mod. We are very close to Beta, and well past the Alpha stages. We are rigging the final units, as we speak and playtesting the mod daily. We expect to be releasing the mod to everyone VERY soon. I know you all are tired of hearing the word "soon" but we do not want to give a specfic date, however, we do have a date we are shooting for internally. I am pleased to announce that the land portion of the mod is pretty much wrapped up, and the coding team is making final changes and additions.
SFX are wrapping up also and the modeling department is winding down. I know many of you check the mod progress bar daily, and I am not always current on it. In fact, I have to update that right after I write this update. We are officially in the 92% percent range, with the last 8% being cosmetic changes here and there, and tweaks to various units. Boy do we have some surprises for you all. We dont want to spoil it, but we are adding in some things never before done, that are very cool indeed, those of you that have been lucky enough to see previews, please dont let the cat out of the bag yet. With todays updates, come some new unit profiles, the AT-RT, NR-N99 Tank, and the AAT. Also, we are pleased to release some new in game shots, some of these items you have seen, some you have not.

AWESOME SOOO CLOSE i have been following this mod for probably a year now, and cant wait for it to finally be released. Thank you guys for all your hard work and dedication for your fans, it takes very good people to do what you are doing, and i congratulate you for that.
As long as this mod makes the units FEEL different, and it doesn't just feel like a re-skinned EAW, then I am SUPER EXCITED for this one.

um i hope this comes out soon its 93% done and they arnt updateing often
and the barc isnt done why its like 90% its so easy just finish it first finish parts that allmost done then finish stuff that is not so much done makes it a lot faster
