Not at the moment, no.
I am not entirely sure if it's possible, and it would probably take a fair bit of work to find out, so it won't be high priority.

Will the harvester be incredibly tough, as in RA1 and 2?

They were as strong as mammoth tanks in those two games

Also it looks friggin sweet, the way i wish RA3 was

They will be pretty heavily armored, but nearly as heavily as a mammoth tank... so you'll have to look after them
