Unlikely. At the time Renovatio takes place, Nod has not yet formed from the Scavengers, and there should thus be no temple of Nod.

What earlier design? There was no uplink / com center in Red Alert..

The allies had satellite technology in Red Alert, and the step from there to launching a kinetic bombardment weapon is rather small.

the one you showed is the radar and this one is the comunication center that allows you to use the Rods From God space to surface rocket system :)
