Vindicator Rockets are remnant relics of the previous war. Due to time constraints and lack of resources many of these SAM Sites were either confiscated by the Allied Nations or scrapped and sent to smelters to be recycled by the Soviets. Not all was scrapped however with many being dismantled and locked away by Soviet Fanatics. Without proper anti-air rockets on demand Soviet Engineers instead rearmed these Platforms with powerful High-Explosive Rockets that are used the same compounds used to make the lethal V3 Rockets.
